Slitzer Knife Set

This two piece knife set contains one 8” Santoku and one 8” carving knife. Both have stainless steel blades and feature phenolic handles with full tang and 3 genuine rivets. The Santoku is my choice of blade for trimming both spare ribs and chicken as its heavier blade makes quick work of cartilage and bone. The thin blade of the carving knife is a great option for slicing brisket.
